8. Delivery & Collection

 8.1   Small Items

8.1.1 Small items, less than 20 kg with maxi size 70 cm will be ship via our designated couriers or Royal Mail.

8.1.2 Your order will be despatched within 2-3 working days using a 3-4 days standard delivery service.

8.1.3. All shipment are fully insured with tracking number and will usually required signature upon delivery

8.1.4. Shipping rates are calculated according to size and weight and will be available when you place an item in the basket.

8.1.5 All shipping rates are for UK mainland only, if you require an international delivery or outside UK mainland please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order as surcharges will apply.

8.2   Bulky items

8.2.1 All bulky items, furniture and nearly everything above 25 kg will be delivered by our recommended third party carrier.

8.2.2 We ship bulky items only to the areas A & B define by:

• Area A = all London postcodes inside M25
• Area B = approximately London Home Counties ( Cambridge – Oxford – Southampton – Brighton – Southend on Sea )

Shipping rates for A & B will be available when you place an item in the basket and you will have to select your area.

For postcodes outside A & B, We will do our best to arrange a quote and once accepted by you, the carrier will directly contact you to organise delivery. You will need to pay the driver upon delivery.

8.2.3 To be able to propose you the most competitive rates , service will be one man delivery to the ground floor. Driver may need your help for larger items.

8.2.4 We provide dimensions on our website, it’s your responsibility to make sure that items will fit through doorways and into your space.

8.2.5. We ship bulky items only to UK mainland.

8.2.6. You are welcome to collect your item or arrange your own courier for a collection at a mutual agreed time.
